A Message From Shari

“Is that my baby moving?”…“Why didn’t someone tell me?”...
“Lord, forgive me and take away the guilt and the pain…”

These are the voices of women, men and families that have been confronted with the truth of abortion displayed through ultrasound. This gift of life is unique, it is transforming and it is irreplaceable. As a result of my ultrasound profession and personal grief and pain from abortion, I incorporated Sound Wave Images in 1990. The mission was to provide educational resources on fetal development and facts related to the emotional and physical trauma of abortion. The Journey of Sound Wave Images presented as sub chapters on all DVDs, will take you through the last 20 years and show excerpts of video productions, ultrasound manuals, trainings, speaking presentations and other completed missions. All are now Leading the Way with Ultrasound and we are changing lives and touching hearts through the “window to the womb” and the voices of millions of men, women and families who are breaking the silence and sharing the truth that abortion hurts all!! The Imaging Network Limited Ultrasound Training has been expanded and is now available for medical professionals who wish to be certified in limited ultrasound or just need an annual review or re-certification class. SWI will provide your choice of 3-10 days of on-site training, specialized to meet the educational needs of your PCC and medical students. The course will train students on how to determine confirmation of pregnancy, viability and gestational age up to 16 weeks. A Bi-Annual Re-certification Course is now offered for nurses that have taken a previous course. The staff and associates of SWI are skilled sonographers and educators who have adapted the educational objectives to meet AWHONN, AGOG, AIUM, Care Net and Heartbeat guidelines for performing limited ultrasound. Application for Continuing Education Credits has been submitted and pending on approval.
